I’m Sara Senanian
I am an artist, an engineer and a creator. Since I was young I was always involved in the arts; expressing myself throughout the years through oil paintings and mixed media art.
It’s a joy being able to create something that someone enjoys. I am a self-representing artist and for everything I create I add a piece from the heart.
What Inspires The Artwork
My inspiration comes from the power of feminine energy and the natural world surrounding us in its ever changing form in both a real and surreal sense. I aim to create works in which you may see yourself in the subject or emotions I paint. Often the women I paint are strong, authentic and expressive and I aim to capture their journeys as they move through their fears, dreams and feelings.
I love using precious materials such as genuine gold, silver and seashells, painted stones and translucent, reflective plexiglass.
